01. Boxing lessons for men and women
With the help of our experienced team and the energy of the members of the pack, you will find yourself in an environment that you will love.
|Monday, Wednesday and Friday||5:30pm to 7:00pm or 8:00pm to 9:30pm|
|Tuesday and Thursday||7:00pm to 8:30pm or 8:30pm to 10:00pm|
|Saturday||12:00pm to 1:30pm or 7:00pm to 8:30pm|
Days will go by without any boxing training sessions and lessons for men and women being the same as the others, and very soon you will be looking forward to coming back to the club to train.

Boxing, much like any other combat sport (Thai boxing, martial arts, kickboxing, etc.) is for everyone. Our boxing club will transform you into a real competitor and teach you to turn boxing into a leisure activity.
Have fun while practicing the sport. Improve your self-defense skills and gain tremendous confidence in yourself. Book an appointment, get yourself some gloves and come have a blast at NBS Boxing. All the coaches at our boxing club are welcoming, cheerful, ready to boost you up and deliver quality boxing lessons for men and women.
For 90 minutes, you won’t get a break. You can of course choose the level of intensity you want. Nevertheless, it is no secret that in order to progress, push your limits and see the results, there is only one key word: WORK.
